Addison, a design company specializing in annual reports, moved into a spacious, brand-new office on Wall Street.
To make it our own, we hired NYC-based illustrator Marcos Chin to bring new life to the redesigned space. We installed cameras around the office set to capture the magic of the process through stop motion.
After GBs of pictures, a candid interview with Marcos, and some post-production, Murals came to life.

Every team within the company was encouraged to contribute ideas on how to customize the new space. This collaborative approach fostered a sense of ownership and engagement across departments.
I worked closely with Marcos to distill the themes and concepts relevant to our business and culture. These ideas were then sketched out, refined, and transferred to specific locations around the office, ready to be outlined and colored by Marcos and his team.
Murals provided an excellent opportunity for all departments to come together.
The inclusive process not only resulted in a diverse range of concepts but also helped ensure that the final design would reflect the company's collective identity and values.
